- Machine Control Panels - We regularly supply panels to Machine/Plant Manufacturers like WIMCO , IMA-PG, GALA, Christ Nishotech, Zylem, Wipro Waters etc. for their various machines such as Packaging Machines, Tube Filling and Sealing Machines, Vibro Finishing Machines, Water Treatment Systems etc. We specialize in providing compact designs considering space limitation of machines.
- Electrical Test Bench - Test Benches are widely used to test Instruments/ Motors on No Load before deploying to the field. We offer Electric & Pneumatic Test Benches with Provision of AC & DC Source, Continuity Testing, Regulated Pneumatic Supply & Measuring Instruments.
- Gas Cylinder Cabinets - We manufacture gas cylinder cabinets in accordance to EN 14470-2 for indoor and outdoor storage of gas cylinders.
- Heater Control Panels - We directly supply panels to Industrial Heater Manufacturers such as Watlow. We provide them customized panels for various Heater Applications. We have manufactured Thyristor Heater Control Panels for heaters upto 200kW.
- Panel Cabinets with AC - AC Cabinets are required when controlled ambient temperature is essential inside the panel and cooling by Exhaust Fans is not sufficient. We supply such Panel Cabinets with Rittal/Sunbeam/ make Panel ACs.
- Heat Dissipation Panels – Our Heat Dissipation Panels are based on principle of Maximization of Conductive Surface Area through special fabrication design.
- Vibration Resistant Panels - We offer panels with special arrangements for mounting as well as internal assembly to dampen the effect of vibrations.
- Panels for Defence Applications- These panels are designed to sustain Rugged Operations including High Temperatures, Shocks and Impact without any damage to the panel.
- Corrosion Resistant Panels – Special Coatings and Corrosion Resistant Metals/ Materials are deployed in manufacturing of these panels to protect from corrosive agents present in ambient atmosphere.
- Electro-Pneumatic Panels – In these panels, Pneumatic-Flow is controlled through Electrical Signals. We have manufactured various Electro-Pneumatic Panels using Norgren, ASCO & FESTO make pneumatic devices for Lechler, NOCIL , Wipro Water etc.
- Mobile Lockers – Mobile Lockers are increasingly being used for safe storage of mobile phones in high security & sensitive areas where use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited. We supply such MS Powder Coated/ Stainless Steel Mobile Storage Lockers designed as per client requirement.
